Thanks once again for putting your life in danger giving Sophie her adorable "do".  I would just like to pass on to anyone needing a groomer that Michelle has been a lifesaver for us and our two adopted dogs, Buster and Sophie.  Sophie can be summed up quite easily - she has "ISSUES".  Michelle is able to work her magic with Sophie by not only grooming her (I'm sure a feat in itself) but by making her look BEAUTIFUL!  We are so lucky Michelle keeps coming back for our Sophie, and can't imagine what we would do without her.

As for Buster... not much you can do to make his "Einstein" hair look good, but Michelle pulls that off also.

We are so grateful to have found someone who is willing to work with our rescues, that I'm sure if we ever moved away, we will make a trip back to Stafford just so Buster and Sophie can see their "Best Friend"

Thank you! My husband was just thrilled with Hector! You did a beautiful and loving job and I can’t thank you enough. No shock at all – just delight. 
I have already passed your name and website onto a good friend with 3 lovely dogs (no porties, poor thing) and will continue to do the same with all my other friends with dogs.
I went to your supply site and their search engine is out of order but I will spend the time to review the site and find what you recommend. It will be our next internet order. (Our last was for a squeaky TROUT. Let me know if you want one!)

My dogs have never looked better. Over the years, I have had different places groom my dogs and have FINALLY found the right place. Both of my dogs require special consideration, 1 because she is old, diabetic, blind, and going deaf, and the other because he is 104 pounds of scaredycat.  Both are always excited to have Michelle come to groom them, especially the older dog, Belle, as to her, it is a time for the pampering she deserves.  Several other places won't even work on her because of her age, and none of them would cut her nails as she hates for people to cut them.  Michelle's expertise with the dremel to do nails has been a true Godsend.  My dogs are healthier, happier, and less hairier since Michelle has come into their lives. You'll never find a better groomer.

I believe that you and your Mum were sent to us by critter
angels!! When we called you on 12 July 2006 after we adopted 15 year old
Sheba, a sheperd/husky mix, from the Spotsylvania shelter, we were
strangers on the phone who desperately needed your help for Sheba. No
one else would help us because of Sheba's age and condition. You came
to Sheba's rescue with such tender care and compassion as you bathed and
groomed her, taking time from your visit with your mother. Sheba's new
"sisters", Anja and Lili welcomed Sheba and dutifully investigated all
the "new smells". Your kindness was further extended to us when you
welcomed Anja and Lili with all of the challenges of grooming strong-willed
intensive Siberian Huskies. We are all simply crazy about you
and look forward to your visits. I believe that your personal attention
and conversation with them has Anja and Lili to the point that they
actually enjoy having YOU groom them and Sheba looks and feels like a
new lady. I am eternally grateful for your skills, the kindness with
which you care for the special needs and personalities of my critter
children, and your friendship.

I can't thank you enough for the wonderful job that you did on Wesley! Since moving to Stafford 3 years ago, my husband and I have tried several different groomers and you are, by far, the best. We had just about given up hope that we would find a groomer who could give Wesley a good "Westie cut", but you have far exceeded our expectations. I appreciate the time that you spent getting to know us and it is quite apparent that you have already won Wesley's heart. I look forward to our next appointment.
